or energy. Thats right, energy source for walking is legs or body
power. And energy source for studying is mind power. So, if energy of body
and mind were collaborate, chakra will be formed.
On naruto world, chakra is very important. All ninja must done hard
practice to release chakra with exact measuremet. For example, ability to
walking on the water, ninja must release 10 scale chakra measurement, if over
release, s/he will be sink immeditely, if less of 10 s/he won't be
balance when standing. Yeah it was very difficult, moreover for high level
abilities.
