Our topic today is
tips for job creators. When any unemployers out there looking for job opportunities that might available, some of them looking for job that match with their education background, because it will makes them enjoy to do their job very much. But very first question about this is if there are so may job seekers, where's the job creator? Uhm maybe in big city like New York, Washington, and in my country Indonesia; Jakarta, Yogyakarta, there are some job opportunities available, but in small town like my birth place, what can they do (including me)? Some of my friends become elementary school teacher right now, yes they are civil state employees.
So where's tips for job creators? Here we go;
- Right planning is important.
- Survey your area, what's the characteristic, also check the candidates of your employees.
- Special resource in your area must be utilized.
- Decide where's the right place to sell/export your products or services.
