German public offset company and fraunhofer-institut for reliability and micro integration (IZM) have released many sophisticated super mini product. One of them was a microchip which have less of 10 micrometers width.
Following Dr. Thomas Otto, chief Deputy of IZM research department at Chemnitz, microchip which his team made become a guarantee of security at future for important documents like passport.
